CHM Machinery A4 Copy Paper Production Line Successfully Installed In Uzbekistan
CHM Machinery has successfully completed the installation and commissioning of a CHM-A4-2 Copy Paper Production Line in Uzbekistan, further strengthening its presence in the rapidly developing Central Asian market. The project has now entered full production, providing the customer with an efficient and reliable solution for manufacturing high-quality A4 copy paper.
The successful startup of the production line marks another milestone for CHM's international expansion strategy. Working closely with the customer throughout installation, commissioning, and technical training, CHM's engineering team ensured that the equipment was delivered and put into operation according to project requirements. Following trial production, the line achieved stable performance and received positive feedback from the customer.
Designed for modern paper converting operations, the CHM-A4-2 Copy Paper Production Line combines productivity, precision, and operational stability. The system processes two parent rolls simultaneously with roll widths ranging from 845 mm to 850 mm and utilizes a dual-lane converting process to maximize output efficiency. Production speeds can reach up to 300 meters per minute, while cutting accuracy is maintained within ±0.2 mm, helping ensure that finished copy paper meets international quality standards for office printing and copying applications.
The production line is equipped with a 25 kW and 18 kW drive system, providing sufficient power for continuous operation while maintaining stable paper handling and consistent product quality. This combination of speed, precision, and automation enables manufacturers to improve productivity while reducing waste and labor dependency.
The investment comes at an important time for Uzbekistan's paper industry. As one of the key economic centers in Central Asia, the country continues to experience growing demand for office paper, printing paper, and packaging materials.
