Functional features
Dust removal
It can remove paper hair, paper dust, paper powder, printing powder and other impurities. Before printing, it can remove paper hairs, paper dust, paper powder and other impurities, improve the surface quality of the paper to be printed, improve the printing quality, and reduce about 80% of the waste in the printing process. After printing, spray powder can be removed to speed up ink drying and prevent quality problems such as adhesion and dirt behind. Loosening paper

Print Quality with Paper Pile Turners: Airing and Dust Elimination Solutions
Airing is a crucial process that improves print quality and is required by board converters. The paper pile turner can eliminate dust, separate cutting edges, condition the pile, eliminate aerosol powder, dry ink and varnish, eliminate odors, and reduce electrostatic charge. Adjusting the stack against the aligning measure with substantial airing enables the effortless removal of defective sheets, whereas jogging the pile in the inclined position with large-scale airing accelerates the alignment of flawless sheets. Single sheets can be extracted from the stack at the ventilated region on the back of the machine, and the stack can be centered without difficulty on a larger-sized pallet.
Hydraulic trolley pushes the paper pile into the finishing machine.
Paper machine automatically presses the paper pile up and down, turns it over to the top, rotates it 180 degrees and tilts the paper pile.
Turn on the blowing and vibration buttons of the finishing machine to dust the pile (remove paper hairs, confetti, dust), loosen the pile and align the paper by vibration.
After aligning the paper, turn the paper over and place it back on the floor.
