Overview Of The Classification And Characteristics Of Cultural Paper

          Papermaking divides paper into cultural paper, household paper, industrial paper, and packaging paper, and cultural paper is one of the most important types of paper. Cultural paper refers to writing and printing paper used to spread cultural knowledge, which is different from other daily life papers. 1 Coated paper
          A layer of coating (coating color) is applied to the base paper to give the paper good optical properties and printing performance. Its main uses are: publishing paper such as printing magazines and books and printing paper such as trademarks, packaging, and product catalogs, with a ratio of about 1:3. Coated paper can be roughly divided into: coated paper, coated paper, lightweight coated paper, in addition to special coated paper such as burnished coated paper.

 

2 Daolin paper
         "Daolin paper" is officially called "offset printing paper", which is paper specially used for offset printing and is also suitable for letterpress printing. Offset printing paper is generally made of bleached chemical wood pulp, bamboo pulp, rag pulp and straw pulp, and it is also necessary to add more fillers and glue, and copy it on a long-web papermaking machine and calender it.
          It is one of the most commonly used paper types for cultural publishing, printing and binding. It is often used for printing and writing books, magazines, documents, etc., especially for publications with more text content and higher requirements for reading experience.

 

3 Model papermaking
           It is called imitation Daolin paper. The surface of the paper is treated with glue and is used for writing or general ordinary printed materials. The pulp is old paper, rags, etc.It is widely used and can be used to print general books, magazines, promotional materials, etc. It is also commonly used for printing and copying in offices.

 

4 Coated paper
            A composite material that coats plastic particles on the surface of paper through a casting machine. The main feature is that this composite material is oil-proof, waterproof (relatively), and can be heat-sealed.

 

5 Book printing paper
             A type of paper used for printing books and books. Considering the protection of the eyes, the paper is mostly light beige, with the same characteristics as general model paper.

 

6 Picture book paper
            The paper color is slightly milky white, harmless to the eyes, strong brinelling, wiping resistance, no pilling, strong water absorption, and strong coloring power.

 

7 Glassine paper
            Commonly used for paper that has been strongly printed, used for packaging, photo albums, albums, etc. The characteristic is that it has been treated with a strong pressure calender after high pulping, has high strength and good moisture resistance, and can play a good role in protection and separation.

 

8 Poster paper
           The main raw material is ground wood pulp, with a whiteness greater than 55% and suitable oil permeability.

 

9 Printing paper
            High-quality printing and copying paper, suitable for reports, communications and writing paper.

 

10 Sealing paper
            A glossy paper used for copying documents and packaging stamps. The paper is very strong with a strong gloss finish on one side.
