The original intention of the training camp
"CHM Machinery Paper Cutting Engineer Training Camp" is a training project specially organized by CHM Machinery to assist customers in training paper cutting engineers, systematically understand and learn the knowledge of paper sheeter machines, improve the operating skills of paper cutting engineers, reduce paper loss, and improve customer benefits as a whole.
CHM Machinery has prepared rich and comprehensive training courses for each paper cutting engineer training camp, so that the trainees can learn paper knowledge and cutting theory while exercising the actual machine paper cutting operation skills, and establish an assessment system to ensure that every trainee can truly learn knowledge and advance to become a qualified paper cutting engineer. Day 1 of the training camp - Theoretical learning & practical operation
1. Brief description of the development history of the enterprise
Mr. Wu, a lecturer of CHM Machinery, shared "Brief description of the development history of the enterprise" and told the trainees about the development history of CHM Machinery. From the launch of China's first A4 copy paper production line, breaking the international monopoly, to providing full life cycle services, becoming a leading one-stop paper cutting solution provider for leading enterprises, to continuously and steadily creating value for customers, and establishing a paper cutting engineer training camp. In addition, the key points of enterprise management were also taught to let the trainees deeply understand the important role of enterprise management in enterprise development.
2. Paper sheeter machine theory training
Paper sheeter machine theory training brought by Mr. Deng, a senior engineer of CHM Machinery. From the basic knowledge and structural analysis of the paper sheeter machine, to the process flow of the paper sheeter machine production line, the common troubleshooting methods of the paper sheeter machine, to the knowledge of the three-level maintenance of the paper roll to sheet cutting machine, the training was complete and comprehensive. The trainees were focused and listened carefully. They took notes in class on the key points, actively communicated and interacted with the instructors, and the learning atmosphere was good.
3. Practical machine operation training
In the afternoon, all students went to the CHM Machinery production base. The students visited the CHM Machinery's various types of paper sheeter machines and A4 copy paper production lines, as well as the paper sheeter machine from the hydraulic paper rack-edge guide-main machine-conveying to the paper collection production site. In the practical training session, senior engineers Liu and He from CHM Machinery introduced the basic structure of the paper roll to sheet cutting machine in detail to the students, demonstrated how to operate the paper roll to sheet cutting machine correctly, and discussed face-to-face solutions to problems encountered during the paper cutting process.
4. Knowledge Contest
In the evening, the training camp held a knowledge contest. Through the knowledge contest, the theoretical knowledge learned during the day was deepened.
Day 2 of the training camp
Electrical Basics & Visiting and Learning & Practical Training
1. Electrical Basic Training
First, the chief engineer of CHM Machinery, Mr. Tao, taught the students the basic electrical knowledge and conducted a comprehensive analysis of the electrical automation control system of the paper sheeter machine, so that the students had a deeper understanding of the paper roll to sheet cutting machine.
2. Visit and learn about paper culture
After the basic electrical training, all students went to our partner LUKKA INTERNATIONAL to visit and learn about paper culture and understand the development of China's printing and packaging industry, from single corrugated paper packaging printing to traditional culture, art design, technological innovation and other fields.
3. Visit the production site of the first-line workshop of the paper industry
After visiting LUKKA INTERNATIONAL, all students went to our partner Qinxin Paper to visit the production site of the first-line workshop of the paper industry. The neat and orderly production workshop management made the trainees realize its importance, which played a certain role in improving production efficiency and establishing a safe production environment. This in-depth visit to the first-line production workshop made the trainees gain a lot.
Day 3 of the training camp
Slitting theory knowledge, skills, and practical assessment
On the morning of the 3rd day, the theoretical assessment and practical assessment of the paper cutting engineer training camp officially began. The theoretical assessment adopted the test paper answering system, and the practical assessment was the correct operation on site from paper loading-paper threading-paper pressing-paper cutting-paper collection. In the end, all students passed the assessment successfully.
