As demand for locally produced office paper continues to grow across Africa, CHM Machinery has successfully shipped a CHM A4-5 A4 Paper Production Line to Angola. The system integrates an A4 Paper Sheeting Machine, precision A4 Paper Cutting Machine, automatic ream packaging machine, and Carton Strapping Machine into one continuous workflow. This project represents another important milestone in CHM Machinery's global expansion and further strengthens the company's presence in the African paper converting market.

The customer selected the CHM A4-5 A4 paper production line to establish a modern A4 copy paper converting facility capable of improving production efficiency, reducing labor costs, and supplying high-quality copy paper to the local market. With increasing demand from government agencies, schools, businesses, and distributors, local paper converters are investing in automated equipment such as the A4 Paper Making Machine and A4 Paper Sheeter Machine to reduce dependence on imported finished products.

The CHM A4-5 A4 production line is designed to convert jumbo paper rolls into finished cartons of A4 copy paper through a fully integrated process. The system combines precision A4 paper sheeting, automatic ream counting, ream packaging (using an A4 size ream packaging machine), carton packing, and carton strapping into one continuous production line, ensuring stable output and consistent product quality. Additionally, the line can be adapted for letter and legal sizes, functioning as a letter/Legal paper cutting and packing machine for added versatility.

The production line is suitable for copy paper, offset paper, and writing paper ranging from 60 to 100 gsm. Equipped with advanced servo control technology, the sheeting section achieves A4 paper cutting accuracy of ±0.2 mm while operating at speeds of up to 280 m/min. The integrated ream packaging machine and automatic carton handling further improve production efficiency by reducing manual intervention throughout the entire process.
