CHM Machinery: Training Starts A New Journey, Visits Promote Improvement, And Prepare For The Group's Grand Event

        On October 7, 2024, employees of CHM Machinery participated in a significant training meeting. The purpose of this training is to fully prepare for the upcoming 9th Group Grand Promotion Conference to successfully invite more domestic and foreign customers.

        During the training, everyone carefully learned professional knowledge and skills about customer communication, relationship building, and successful invitations. This training meeting made everyone deeply aware of the importance of this promotion conference, actively engaged in work, and worked hard to show the outstanding strength of CHM Machinery at the promotion conference.

        After the training, we collectively went to Hongming and Arojet for visits and study. As soon as we entered the company's production workshop, we felt the strong industrial atmosphere and advanced production technology.The professional operator explained to us the functions, characteristics and advantages of the machine, and personally demonstrated the overall operation process of the machine, so that we can better understand the machine.

        During the visit, we carefully observed their production process. At the same time, we also had detailed exchanges and discussions with the staff on site. Everyone communicated and shared experiences with each other, which is very helpful for personal improvement. Through this visit and exchange of experience, we not only learned a lot of experience from our predecessors, but also clarified our own shortcomings and directions for improvement.

        This conference training and visit and study activities have injected new impetus into the development of CHM Machinery.
