The paper receiving table adopts a single sided hand-cranked screw, which can easily adjust the size of the paper receiving table for cutting different sizes of paper. In addition, the paper receiving table is changed to chain lifting in the lifting part, which is more beautiful and durable.
In addition, there is an inclined plate under the paper receiving table, which is convenient for pulling out the cut paper. For some slippery papers, such as silicone oil paper, or for users who want to raise the paper receiving height by 100-200mm, the paper receiving table can be sunk to let the paper stacking platform come out flat on the ground, so that the paper output inclined plate can be cancelled and easily dragged out.
Another thing that everyone is more concerned about is the energy consumption of the machine. The total power of this machine is 27KW, which refers to the total power of all motors added together. In many years of research and development and production, CHM has continuously optimized the energy consumption braking and power recovery and storage solutions in the flying shear control, which can not only ensure the energy supply during acceleration, but also recover the energy generated during deceleration braking. In this way, the motor control is more precise and the slitting accuracy is higher. Under stable operation, the standard 2-roll machine consumes 5 kWh of electricity, so users can use it with confidence.
