This A4 paper cutter, its predecessor was the first A4 roller cutter cutting machine in China. It came out in 2006. It was independently developed by CHM Machinery by learning from the advanced technology of similar foreign products and integrating the actual situation of our country. Its appearance fills the gap of China's A4 roller cutter machine. It has experienced 17 years of development since the first machine was put on the market. Generation after generation of technological updates have made the technology more sophisticated, the process more advanced, and the equipment more stable. This equipment is the first A4 paper cutting and packing machine in China, so what is a roller cutter? The roller cutter mainly refers to the cross-cutting part of the knife shaft is a roller type, composed of two upper and lower rollers to form a cross-cutting knife shaft, which belongs to the chasing shear type cutting. The upper and lower rollers of this cross-cutting knife shaft are inlaid with 2 high precision synchronic-fly cutting knives respectively. The diameter, angle and position of the roller are designed according to the slitting length. Therefore, in principle, the cross-cutting length is fixed, that is, one knife head only cuts one length size. The machine in front of us is mainly used to slit A4 size copy paper, it can only slit 297 lengths. The entire production line covers an area of 21*16 meters, from cutting to ream packing to box wrapping and then to palletizing, including a full set of production lines.
First, let us understand the model CHM-A4-4 on the cutting part of the machine body. What does it mean? CHM is our trademark. A4, as the name implies, is a device that specializes in producing A4 paper. The -4 at the end is determined based on the standard A4 specification of 210*297 wide side and 210 side width, which is 210*4, that is, cutting 4 pieces of 210 copy paper at the same time. We call it 4-cut, that is, this is an A4 four-cut production line. So how wide is the base paper for 4 210? 4*210=840, theoretically 840 base paper is enough. However, there is always some gap between theory and reality. What is the specific reason? In the process of base paper rewinding, the paper mill will have some poor precision, and there will be some precision errors when we cut. Therefore, if only 840 base paper is used for cutting, it will definitely cause the width of the two adjacent papers to be not necessarily 210. Therefore, everyone is used to using 845 base paper to ensure that the single side can be trimmed by 2.5mm to avoid defects caused by insufficient size.
The same principle applies to A4-5, which is a 5-cut machine, that is, a net width of 210*5=1050, and at least 1055 base paper is used for slitting. This definition can also be A4-6, and even paper mills such as Asia Pacific and Chenming use 8 pocket, 10 pocket, and 11 pocketd machines, which are named with the same definition. Therefore, the choice of machine model by the user is actually determined by the base paper size and production capacity requirements.
Next is the base paper part of the A4 copy paper production line. Usually 2 rolls, 5 rolls are cut at the same time. Why is it 5 rolls, not 3 rolls, 4 rolls, 6 rolls, or 8 rolls? This is based on the specifications of a pack of common copy paper. Usually 500 sheets, 400 sheets, 450 sheets, these specifications. Then our roll number, that is, the number of layers of paper stacked together, must be a multiple of the total number of sheets per ream. For example, for each package of 500 sheets, the only numbers that can be divided by 500 are 4 and 5, so 4 and 5 rolls are generally the main ones.
These 5 rolls of paper, with the help of automatic tension, automatically adjust the tightness of the unwinding, and through the aluminum tube above, they can play the role of straightening and recurving. Before entering the slitting, all are stacked together flatly. Now you can see a 4-cut machine. Through 5 longitudinal slitting circular knives, the 845 base paper is cut into 4 210 wide strips, and then enter the cross-cutting knife head for 297 length slitting, and a complete A4 paper is cut in this way.
After the paper is cut, it is automatically stacked through the belt transmission and enters the paper collection section. According to the user's own needs, 400 or 500 sheets are set to stack, and then automatically output and enter the ream packaging part.
The ream packaging machine should be considered the most technically demanding in the entire production line. 13 servos control so many synchronous actions. All the lifting, pressing, folding, stacking, wrapping and sealing actions must be coordinated, and no step can be delayed. Synchronization is very important. This packaging machine is suitable for packaging materials. At present, people are used to using double-sided paper for lamination to make packaging paper, which is beautiful and durable. You can also choose coated paper, and some people even use white paper or kraft paper for packaging. These can be arranged according to the user's choice. In addition, because there are more synchronous actions in ream packaging, and the space of various sizes of pallets is relatively fixed, in principle, one machine can only pack one specification.
When the ream packaging part is completed, you can choose to enter the manual boxing line or the automatic box production line. This is the bottom box, which can store about 200 boxes and automatically send them in. When reams of A4 paper are delivered from the ream packing machine and enter the bottom box, the bottom box automatically drops according to the designed packaging quantity to complete the packing. This box packing machine can realize 5 packs of A4 in a single row, 8 packs, and 10 packs in a double row into the bottom box, and can also realize 3 packs, 4 packs, and 5 packs of A3 into the box packing machine. When the bottom box completes the predetermined number of packing, it automatically folds the box, sprays glue, and glues the box to enter the next process, and covers the top cover of the box. Like the bottom box, the box cover can also be pre-stored in the feeding area and automatically sent in to complete the sealing.
After the previous step is completed, the next process is to tape. We are equipped with 2 automatic tape machines, which can tape cross tape and tic-tac-toe tape. After the box passes through the tape machine, it will automatically tape after the electric eye recognizes the location where the box is delivered. Our machine uses cross tape. The first tape machine comes out, changes the conveying direction of the box through wheel conversion, and enters the second tape machine for automatic tape. This should be selected according to your needs. In addition, the width of the tape is also particular. Different bandwidths require different belt slots. Therefore, when ordering a tape machine, you must make sure whether the bandwidth you use is 9mm or 11mm or other sizes, so as to avoid the machine coming back and the tape is not suitable.
