CHM A4-2 And A4B Production Lines Successfully Exported Overseas

Recently, CHM Machinery completed the shipment and overseas delivery of its A4-2 high-speed copy paper production line together with the A4B automatic packaging system. The equipment will be used for large-scale office paper and cut-size paper production in an overseas paper converting factory.

The CHM A4-2 production line is designed for stable high-speed A4 copy paper manufacturing. The machine integrates automatic unwinding, slitting, rotary sheeting, counting, stacking, and synchronized conveying into a continuous production process. With servo control technology and double rotary cutting structure, the line maintains stable cutting accuracy and smooth operation during long production runs.

The matching A4B automatic packaging line helps customers improve packaging efficiency while reducing manual labor requirements. The system supports automatic ream counting, wrapping, conveying, and carton output, allowing the entire production workflow to operate more continuously and efficiently.

Before shipment, the complete production line underwent testing and operation inspection to ensure stable performance under real production conditions. CHM engineers also provided technical coordination and installation preparation support for the overseas customer.
