CHM-SGT series twin knife sheeter adopts advanced design of twin rotary knife cylinders which are driven directly by high power AC servo motor with high accuracy and clean cut. The cutting accuuracy can reach ±0.5mm.Adopt advanced high-power CT servo motor to control double blades, which can effectively eliminate paper wool.The touch screen controls work in conjunction with a Siemens PLC.

1.One-Button Order Switching
With a single button press, the entire line-unwinding rack, conveying system, and paper collection table-automatically adjusts to new specifications, eliminating all manual intervention.
2.Automatic Slitting & Trimming System
Equipped with 3 sets of automatic slitting blades, the system adjusts blade positions based on required dimensions to achieve net-specification slitting of reel paper. Capable of slitting 1-2 webs as standard.
3.Non-Stop Paper Collection
When the paper stack reaches the set quantity, the system automatically lifts and replaces the collection pallet without stopping the machine, then transports the full pallet outside the unit. (Pallets are manually loaded onto the conveyor for automatic lifting/transport.)
4.Automatic Paper splicing System
The unwinding rack can be fitted with an automatic joint mechanism, enabling seamless reel-to-reel 接驳 (no downtime) when the current roll is exhausted. Note: Feeding the new reel into the joint mechanism requires manual operation, making this solution ideal for high-volume slitting jobs.
