01 Extremely compact
The entire line only requires an area of 8 meters x 9 meters (72 square meters), which is an ideal choice for companies with limited space!
02 Efficient "4-pockets to 2-pockets"
Use standard 845mm (4-cut) base paper. The core secret lies in the innovative width folding process: after the base paper is cut longitudinally, it is folded twice precisely in the middle position, and then cut by the cross-cut knife, and finally the standard 210mm wide A4 copy paper is efficiently produced.
03 Convenient paper loading
The standard configuration adopts the 3-inch air expansion shaft core-through paper loading method. At the same time, optional solutions are provided: 3-inch or 6-inch mechanical chucks compatible with 4-cut equipment can be selected to meet your specific needs
04 Efficient cutting
After longitudinal and cross-cutting, the paper becomes standard A4 paper, which is transported to the paper collection section by a belt and automatically collected and sorted according to the set number of sheets (usually 400 sheets/ream or 500 sheets/ream).
05 Efficient ream packaging
The matching ream packaging machine integrates 13 servo motors, which accurately and collaboratively complete complex actions such as lifting, pressing, folding, stacking, packaging, and sealing to ensure efficient and smooth packaging process.
06 Flexible back-end
The finished products after packing can be packed manually or seamlessly connected to the automated box packaging and palletizing production line.

Although the A4-2 production line only processes 1-2 rolls of base paper each time, its exquisite design and efficient process enable it to achieve an output speed of about 12 packs per minute with only manual packing.

Comprehensively calculated, a single shift (8 hours) can easily complete the slitting of about 6 rows of paper (i.e. 12 rolls of jumbo rolls paper), which is equivalent to a daily output of about 8 tons of finished paper.
